We understand that travel plans can change, we’ll just roll with it! But if the equipment has already been delivered and set up we will charge a $20 fee.
We accept cheque, PayPal and good old cash. Checks may be accepted, however, payment must be received two weeks prior to delivery. We also have a cash on delivery option, for when equipment is handed over to you. However, we do recommend paying in advance by Paypal – it’s vacation time, and this is one less thing you need to worry about!
Yes! We will assemble and set up cribs and many of the other items you rent. Please be sure to specify in your booking where you would like each item to be placed in your accommodation, as once large items, such as cribs are set up, they may be impossible to get through doors.
No, you do not. Please do notify your booking contact (hotel, condo, villa) that Tourin’ Tots will be delivering items in advance, and they will facilitate this for us. Someone else can also receive the item on your behalf.
Kindly note that, due to logistical challenges and delivery schedules, we do not do meet and greet at the airport. If you are renting a car, and get approval from the car rental agency, we can leave it with them for you to collect.
Sure! But it’s a bit hard to pin us down between work and school runs – we do recommend you take advantage of our free delivery service!
We would be happy to deliver the items you rent to a hotel. Please provide us with the hotel information, delivery/pickup time windows you would like and we will arrange to have the items there before you arrive in most cases. Please alert the hotel that you have a baby equipment rental as well.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer meet and greet at the airport.
If you are renting a car from the airport AND you get approval from your rental agency, we can deliver to the car rental agencies. Provide us your flight and car rental information on your reservation form along with an estimated time of arrival and departure. We may need to get in contact with you to make further arrangements on the day prior to your arrival.
Please note, we are not legally authorized to install the car seats for you – where possible we will provide instructions.

Our normal delivery/ pick up times are between 11 am to 3 pm (to coincide with check-in/ check-out times). If you have a specific request, please let me know as I can be flexible. But be warned, this flexibility may mean that we have a little tag-along during deliveries & pick ups at non-school hours!
As all costs are included, we do have a minimum 2 day rental.
Delivery is included in the pricing, however as a general consideration we do request that deliveries to East End/ North Side are larger than US$75.
We will always endeavour to do our best with any requests relating to your order. Simply email us or call us, stating your order reference number, contact details and enquiry. All order changes are subject to availability and any changes will be confirmed by return email.
We recommend booking as early as possible, once your travel plans are confirmed, especially if you are travelling during peak periods. That being said, we will always try our best to accommodate last minute orders for those impromptu vaca’s, or airport mishaps! We recommend to give us a heads up on +13459161758 in these circumstances.
Look, we know what it’s like when you have kids – your mind is going in a hundred different directions at once and these things happen. We just ask that you be fair with us and replace the equipment at the same standard as it was rented to you. Bath and beach toys don’t count – everyone knows they grow legs and walk away when you’re not looking (but please do still try to get these back to us)!
Much like a car rental agency, you will get a product in the same category that you have booked. Due to inventory fluctuation, you might not get the exact same item pictured, but it will have the same functionality and key features.
We take pride in the fact that every item is properly cleaned and sanitized. We use non-toxic cleaning products before delivery and after every rental. Sheets, mattress pads and covers are laundered after each use in all natural, scent free laundry soap.
As a mother I understand and share your concerns about safety. Safety is extremely important when renting baby equipment, and it’s our number one priority. All Products are up-to-date and are checked, cleaned and sanitized after each use. We closely monitor gear for wear and tear and they are replaced as we see necessary. We are signed up the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) to be notified for any and all baby and child related recalls. We do not rent drop-side cribs due to recent safety recalls. We rent full size cribs, car seats, strollers, high chairs, pack n plays, toys and much, much more! But if you don’t see what you want, please don’t be afraid to ask! As they say, “If you don’t ask, you won’t get!”, and we are happy to add to our inventory if there is a demand!
